Good communication and quick shipping. The cup was pretty, but not as sparkly as pictured! It appears to be very sturdy and well made. Granddaughter loves it!

The mug was just as pictured, and the personalization added to its cuteness. It arrived quickly, and was well packed. The discount that I received for joining up, made it a good buy.
